Yes, the Basic Law has been amended several times since its adoption in 1949. The most recent major amendment was in 1997, when the sovereignty over Hong Kong was transferred from the United Kingdom to China. This amendment established the "one country, two systems" principle, which governs the relationship between China and Hong Kong. Additionally, there have been other minor amendments to the Basic Law over the years to address various legal and political issues. **

The length of time a training certificate can be amended if it contains formal errors depends on the policies and procedures of the issuing organization. In some cases, there may be a specific time frame, such as 30 days, within which errors can be corrected. However, in other situations, there may be no time limit for amending formal errors on a training certificate. It is important to check with the issuing organization to understand their specific policies and procedures for amending training certificates. **

If you do not actively agree to the amended terms and conditions of your bank, it is possible that your account may be subject to certain restrictions or limitations. Your bank may also have the right to close your account if you do not agree to the updated terms. It is important to carefully review any changes to the terms and conditions and consider the potential consequences of not agreeing to them. If you have concerns or questions about the changes, it is best to contact your bank directly to discuss your options. **

If the item description on eBay is incorrect and you sell the item with an amended description, it could potentially lead to issues with the buyer. The buyer may feel misled or dissatisfied with the purchase, which could result in a dispute or negative feedback. It is important to ensure that the item description is accurate and detailed to avoid any misunderstandings or conflicts with buyers. If there are any discrepancies, it is best to communicate with the buyer and eBay customer support to resolve the situation promptly and fairly. **

The choice between a hotel and a guesthouse depends on the individual's preferences and needs. Hotels generally offer more amenities and services, such as room service, concierge, and on-site restaurants, but they can be more expensive. On the other hand, guesthouses are often smaller, more intimate, and provide a more personalized experience. They are usually more budget-friendly and offer a chance to interact with the local community. Ultimately, the decision between a hotel and a guesthouse comes down to the traveler's priorities and budget. **

I recommend using a popular travel website or app such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or Expedia to search for a guesthouse. You can input your desired location, dates, and any specific preferences such as price range, amenities, and guest ratings. These platforms provide a wide range of options and allow you to read reviews and see photos of the guesthouses before making a reservation. Additionally, you can use filters to narrow down your search based on your specific needs and preferences. **

When searching for a guesthouse, consider factors such as location, amenities, and reviews. Look for a guesthouse that is conveniently located near the attractions or activities you are interested in. Check for amenities such as free Wi-Fi, breakfast options, and parking availability. Reading reviews from previous guests can give you insight into the quality of the guesthouse and help you make an informed decision. **
