Lugia and Mewtwo are legendary Pokémon that are periodically featured in raids as part of special events or raid rotations. There is no fixed schedule for when they will appear in raids, so it is best to keep an eye on official Pokémon GO announcements or community sources to stay updated on when Lugia and Mewtwo will be available in raids. Players can also check the in-game news section for any upcoming raid events featuring these legendary Pokémon. **

To find Lugia in Pokémon Go, players can participate in Raid Battles. Lugia is a Legendary Pokémon that is occasionally featured in Raid Battles as a Tier 5 Raid Boss. Players can check the in-game Raid Battle schedule to see when Lugia will be available to battle. By teaming up with other players to defeat Lugia in the Raid Battle, players have a chance to catch it and add it to their collection. **

Lugia is a Legendary Pokémon that is not typically found in the wild in Pokémon GO. Instead, Lugia is usually available through special events, raids, or research tasks. Keep an eye out for announcements from Niantic about when Lugia may be available in the game. Additionally, you can try trading with other players who may have caught Lugia during previous events. **

To participate in a Lugia raid in Pokémon Go, you will need to be at least level 5 and have a raid pass. You can obtain a raid pass by spinning the Photo Disc at a Gym. Once you have a raid pass, you can join a raid by going to the Gym where the raid is taking place and tapping on the raid boss to join the battle. It's also helpful to team up with other players to increase your chances of defeating Lugia and capturing it. **

To catch Lugia in Soul Silver without using the Master Ball, you should first weaken it by using moves that are not very effective against it, such as False Swipe or a move of a lower level. Then, you can put it to sleep or paralyze it to make it easier to catch. Additionally, using Ultra Balls or Timer Balls, which become more effective as the battle goes on, can increase your chances of catching Lugia. It may take some time and patience, but with the right strategy and a bit of luck, you can catch Lugia without using the Master Ball. **

In Pokémon Brilliant Diamond, you can catch Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres in the Sinnoh region after obtaining the National Pokédex. Entei, Raikou, and Suicune can be obtained through special events or transfers from other games. Ho-Oh and Lugia can be obtained by visiting the Embedded Tower after obtaining the National Pokédex and receiving the Rainbow Wing and Silver Wing items. **

The choice between a hotel and a guesthouse depends on the individual's preferences and needs. Hotels generally offer more amenities and services, such as room service, concierge, and on-site restaurants, but they can be more expensive. On the other hand, guesthouses are often smaller, more intimate, and provide a more personalized experience. They are usually more budget-friendly and offer a chance to interact with the local community. Ultimately, the decision between a hotel and a guesthouse comes down to the traveler's priorities and budget. **

I recommend using a popular travel website or app such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or Expedia to search for a guesthouse. You can input your desired location, dates, and any specific preferences such as price range, amenities, and guest ratings. These platforms provide a wide range of options and allow you to read reviews and see photos of the guesthouses before making a reservation. Additionally, you can use filters to narrow down your search based on your specific needs and preferences. **
