Jumping with overreach boots is generally allowed and commonly used to protect a horse's heels and pasterns from injuries caused by overreaching. However, it is important to ensure that the boots are properly fitted and do not restrict the horse's movement or cause discomfort. Some competitions may have specific rules regarding the use of overreach boots, so it is advisable to check the regulations before competing. **

No, overreach boots should not be used in the field. Overreach boots are designed to protect a horse's heels from being struck by their hind feet, typically during activities like jumping or dressage. In the field, horses are less likely to overreach and injure themselves in this way, so overreach boots are not necessary and may even hinder the horse's natural movement. It is important to assess the specific needs of the horse and the situation before deciding whether or not to use overreach boots. **

The closure of overreach boots should ideally be at the back of the leg. Placing the closure at the back helps to prevent interference with the horse's movement and reduces the risk of the closure getting caught on obstacles. Additionally, having the closure at the back ensures a secure fit and better protection for the heel bulbs and coronet band. Overall, the placement of the closure on overreach boots does matter, and the back of the leg is the most suitable location. **

The choice between a hotel and a guesthouse depends on the individual's preferences and needs. Hotels generally offer more amenities and services, such as room service, concierge, and on-site restaurants, but they can be more expensive. On the other hand, guesthouses are often smaller, more intimate, and provide a more personalized experience. They are usually more budget-friendly and offer a chance to interact with the local community. Ultimately, the decision between a hotel and a guesthouse comes down to the traveler's priorities and budget. **

I recommend using a popular travel website or app such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or Expedia to search for a guesthouse. You can input your desired location, dates, and any specific preferences such as price range, amenities, and guest ratings. These platforms provide a wide range of options and allow you to read reviews and see photos of the guesthouses before making a reservation. Additionally, you can use filters to narrow down your search based on your specific needs and preferences. **

When searching for a guesthouse, consider factors such as location, amenities, and reviews. Look for a guesthouse that is conveniently located near the attractions or activities you are interested in. Check for amenities such as free Wi-Fi, breakfast options, and parking availability. Reading reviews from previous guests can give you insight into the quality of the guesthouse and help you make an informed decision. **

The ban on accommodation for travel within Germany is regulated by the federal states, each of which has its own specific regulations. These regulations may include restrictions on overnight stays for tourists, requirements for negative COVID-19 tests, and limitations on the types of accommodations that can be booked. Additionally, there may be penalties in place for accommodations that do not comply with the regulations, such as fines or closure orders. It is important for travelers to check the specific regulations in the state they plan to visit before making any accommodation bookings. **
